São Paulo City

Hi guys,
Last month my friends and I went in São Paulo to see some singers in Lollapalooza festival, like Lana Del Rey (she have a nive voice), Red Hot Chili Peppers , Imagine Dragons, The Neighbourhood (this bands are our favorite), and others,
Me and they stay there during a weekend, so we had mutch time for vist others places, like Contemporary art museum, Football Museum , and some restauransts like Le Manjue, Nanica (there have the best banoffe of the word. I´m not kidding), and Super Natural (ther have organic foods).
 I´d like so mutch have pass this time with my friends in São Paulo. I think this travel make our friendship strengthen.
 I want back there with they and meet more places as good as we have got.

 Lámen  Dattebayo So today I´m gonna talk about Lámen. Lámen is ja p anese dish. It is, basically, noodles, the sou p is made with some diferent ingredients, like  pork, chicken and other meats. It´s used  tar ê sauce in the sou p. For the sou p base is also used algae and greenery. It is commun the use of green algae,  pieces of  pork, bamboo shoot, chives, naruto (fishmeal with  pink swirl formal)   and boiled eggs. It became a  po pular dish after WW2, and it is considerate a ja panese symbol. There are diferent kinds of lámen. They´re classified by the change of seasonings of dashi.

Haggis- Food Haggis, the national dish of Scotland, a type of puddind composed of the liver, heart, and lungs of a sheep, niced and mixed with beef or mutton suet and oatmeal and seasoned with onion, cayenne pepper, and other spices. The mixture is packed into a sheep's stomach and boiled. Haggis is inexpensive, savory, and nourishing. In Scotland in formerly was considered a rustic dish and was celebrated in Robert buns's lines "to a haggis" (1786), but in 21st century haggis is served with some ceremony, even bagpipes, particulerly on burns night and hogmanay, as the scots call their new years celebrations.

MOQUECA: Hi, today I´ll talk about a typical food from my state, Espirito Santo; but, is common too in Bahia and Pará.  The moqueca, for some scholars, is from Portugal, and was modified, ouver time,by some peoples like indigenous and african, who adapted with some typical foods.  Moqueca, known too like, "poqueca" and "peixada", is a delicious boiled fish, and is cook with some vegetables like pepper, onion and tomato. This dish is always accompanied with rice and some times "pirão" (  made with fish stock and flour).   NOTE: The season, and the preparation form change accordingly to state. There is a lot of difference between "moqueca baiana" and "moqueca capixaba", for exemple, baiana: have dendê oil and coconouts milk. capixaba: have olive oil and only cilantro as saesoning.
